As of after last week's update I've noticed I have options to "send home" other players' pets or "attack" their clan avatars, I didn't have any options on left click of pets, could only right click examine them.

A few screenshots:

(That's NOT my clan's avatar, I'm not meant to be able to interact with it, and I haven't entered the Wilderness whole day.)

(None of these were my pets, or were following me, all of them were others' pets, I don't even have the Shadow Gorilla bought.)

I already have a thread up on RGU updates on the matter but hopefully it'll get more attention posting here.

I liked the quest, though I was disappointed there was a very small amount of Patch Notes. Any idea when we will have a long list of them, Mod Lee? It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation. ~Herman Melville

Enjoyed the pengie quest! Lighthearted and fun, and I loved being pun-ished ;) ! As other have said, allow us to go back and save Ping/Pong/Buzz.

Axiomatic, your pics look like you play the Java client. I play NXT, and don't notice the problems with other people's followers.

Strange quest, felt quite disjointed. Like the idea of Penguins (well Runescape penguins) being stranded in the desert, was humorous. Can't say I particularly enjoyed doing the quest, but some elements put it above most of the other Peng quests which were quite lame and tedious, despite a funny plot. In the end, I mainly did it for the Hide and seek rewards for my Ironman, ill do it on here whenever I decide to finish all quests/tasks on the road to recomping.

In the words of Bret Hart, this quest gets 4/10. Some funny elements, buffed hide and seek is nice, but quite disjointed flow and like all of the peng quests, quite tedious as well (and not in a good "One small favour" way.)

While I'm quite charmed by the quest in general it felt a little weird to be able to travel back in time that easily.

Hammer? Check
Flax? Check
Ice cubes? Check
Hat? Check

How is this, combined with a stick, going to help us travel through time? While I understand and appreciate the joke to a degree it feels like it cheapens previous time travel shenanigans quite a bit if this is part of canon Runescape lore. I mean, the Elves vested an incredible effort in creating the Amswerdys, a process likely riddled with some of the most complex magicks this universe has ever seen in order to pull off the same feat.

It feels a little... off ... If you get what I mean.

Then again, the quest had great comedic value in my opinion. I would definitely not mind to see more of those in the future. And please keep it up with the witty examine options wherever possible? It always feels so anti-climactic when you (for example) examine a fern to get the message 'A fern.'

Anyhow, cheers for setting this feedback thread up!

It's a Back to the Future reference, just like the quest title.

The quest isn't meant to be logical, none of the penguin quests are, they're just there to have fun with, I don't think anyone who worked on the quest was taking it seriously or considering it even remotely canon.

I do get the reference, really, and it made me chuckle. But when I was mulling over the implications through a lore standpoint it made me have some second thoughts about this.

Even though it's been a while since I've seen the Back to the future films I honestly forgot how the Flux capacitor looked like. Nice to see that they kept the image consistent with the film (and thanks for putting up the image!).
