most of my questions were already asked but anyways
1. Will Return to Canfis be released in hardcover? i dont like my books mis-matched. i got nothing against it. Its just a pet peeve of mine.
2. Do you see your books being an awesomely epic quest series?
3. I love the aspect were experienced players would know the fastest way to Taverly and others might not. I found myself arguing with the book saying "Go to the freaken estate agent down the street and change you house to Taverly and tele!"
That being said, will Return to Canfis have the same "interactive reading"so to speak?
4. I writing a book myself(not very successfully)and i would like to know whats the best way to start off a story? I know what I want to book to be about, I have the characters and how they talk and act. I just cant seem to start it off. It seems iv tried everthing for foreshadowing(like yourself :P )
to just plain old "here it is and this is what the book is about". Nothing seems to work for me. What do you think can help me try to lift off?

i had loads more questions but cant seem to remember right now...
anyways thats what to edit button is for :P

Hello T.S. Church! I've got a few questions!
1. How old are you? You don't have to give a complete answer, just say in 20's, 30's, etc.
2. What's your current RS level?
3. Are you member or non-member?
4. What's your favorite RS activity?
5. When'd you start writing your first book?

How are you so talented?
But seriously I love to write and I'm currently trying to write something myself to get published before I graduate high school and the thing I tend to have a lot of trouble with is character development and letting the reader see their motivations behind things.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I like what you did by connecting Kara-Meir past to the dwarfs and then having them aid in the battle. What was it that gave you the idea of connecting her with the past of the dwarfs?
Also will we be seeing other races connected along the way elves, gnomes and ogres for example?

Heres something completlty irelevant to books, or runescape for that matter.
One morninging after getting in your car, you decide to take a diffrent route to work. Soon afterwards you end up getting lost. You eventually keep driving and driving and eventually fall asleep at the wheel. Hours pass and you finally awaken. In front of your car lies a nothing but open fields and a small metal building. You then go on to get out of your car, and begin to exsplore your surroundings. After finding abosultly nothing you decide to chek out that small metal building. You open the door and take a step in. The door slams shut behind you surrounding you in complete darkness.
You quickly manage to find a light switch and you become very confused to what is before your eyes. A metal counter with 3 large cylinder shaped containers sticking out from it although still attached to the counter itself. You walk towards this mysterious counter, and discover that there is an envolope sitting in plain sight. You open it up and give it a read.
To whom it may concern,
I have placed a 3 things within the contents of the metal cylinders you see before you. The first cylinder contains $30 Million dollars cash neatly placed in a breifcase for your conveince. The second contains a magical potion that after consuming will grant you the gift of imortality - meaning you will never die nor age under any cercumstances even if gravely injured you will surely recover. The third and final cylinder contains a scroll that will enable you to revive 3 people of whoms name you write upon the scroll and they will be as they were at the age of 25. This envolpe contains a key that will open one and only one of the cylinders locking the other two cylinders into the counter. After you've made your choice the door to this room will open and at the same time will set off a bomb that leaves you with 2 minutes to escape from here.
Choose wisely.

My question to you is witch of the 3 would you choose.

1. As a writer, you have no limits to the works you can produce. What made you want to write novels based on the world of RuneScape, rather than creating your very own fantasy world?
2. Who or what inspired the creation of the characters of Theodore, Sulla, Gar'rth, Kara-Meir, etc. Are there any plans for them appear in the game one day, or will they remain in the novels?
3. What are horses? I thought them to be mythical creatures. Or perhaps they could be descended from thingummywuts? I've never seen one in my travels in Gielinor.
4. In lieu of question three, many players seemed to have doubted the full canon of the books due to the inclusion of horses. We, the players, seem to believe that the world of Runescape is scaled to make it more enjoyable in size and probably due to technical constraints. Assuming this, do your novels take place in a RuneScape that is not scaled, but rather meant to depict the actual size of the world? For example, horses exist but we, the players, never see them due to the scaling?
5. If given the opportunity to take over the RuneScape staff for one update, what one thing would you most want to change about the game?

Dear Mr. Church,
I really enjoyed betrayal at Falador, and am looking forward to the next book intently!
Anyways, my questions are:
1. Who are your favorite authors/inspirations?
2. Do you ever plan to write novels other than the runescape ones?
3. Will we ever see places in your books that are not yet released in the game? The eastern lands for example?
Thanks for your time,
E Niteshade
