I personally think this is a truly fantastic idea for Jagex to consider, and I found that fact that Jagex offered us the opportunity to participate in a complete poll, much like what we were offered prior to the release of the "Quick Poll", to be truly delightful

I truly do believe it's an excellent way to gather some information regarding how your loyal community feel towards this idea, and in my humble shoes, I feel as if Jagex truly does care quite a bit more about me and my fellow players than normal

As for Voice Chat itself being implemented, I personally would like to see it implemented solely within the confines of the Private Chat System or the Clan Chat System, each system equipped with the ability to accept or decline Voice Chat invitations, similar to some other communication services that are commonly used. It would also be advisable for there to be a "Push to Talk" option in order to further improve Voice Chat in a Clan Chat, presuming that it were to be heavily considered by Jagex to be developed. As in "Push to Talk", I mean in order to speak in the Clan Chat's Voice Chat, one would have to press a certain button, whether it be a part of the RuneScape interface or a self-assigned button!
Also, may I ask how exactly the moderation of such a feature as Voice Chat would occur? Is it possible that you could record certain portions of a Voice Chat when a "Voice Chat Abuse Report" is submitted and then evaluate that for any rule-breaking? That, or does Jagex have anything else in mind for us?
Personally speaking, the moderation of such a feature would be the biggest concern for me, but nevertheless, I have faith in you, Jagex!
