Welcome around Hooli!
It's great seeing more people passionated with managing and improving the community. Going forwards I hope to see great accomplishments from your side!
I think that Tuffty's comment is very important to take note of. It's no doubt that the forum is using an old design and attracts fewer members of the community and company - yet it's used a lot by dedicated members!
Modernizing the forum would do wonders I'm sure. More user friendly search functions, notifications, profile pages, activity feed and categories/subforums can really help!

I can only echo what Archaeox has said. Years ago loads of staff posting on the forums. Today 3-5 at most. We really need to see more staff posting and interacting within these forums.
At the moment Jagex are relying on Social Media and I get it but to miss out the Jagex owned and run forums is a big loss for the Community that have stuck by them over the years.
So please more interaction from staff within the Forums.
PS. Can we have a New Forum?
