15. What more could we be doing to better support the RuneScape community?
Redefine what you seem to think of 'Community'. Most players, I like to think, are not big on doing community events. They do things for themselves in their own time. You focus, while admirable on group activities like clans and such, may be misguided for missing a large portion of the individualist community.
This 'community' would see progress on issues such as botting, in all its forms, as more significant, because that harms the individual as well as the community at large.

make a feature that protects against scams and hacks, perhaps even real world trading. Players doesn't think limiting their trade, is any good, sadly.
(...) that allows jagex to backtrack any gold, or items, that's been traded unfairly. in terms of a, scamming. b, hacking. c, real world trading. i.e player A [the victim] logs out for the day, player B [the hacker] steals an abbysal whip from player A. player B then trades the abbysal whip to player C, player C doesn't know how player B got the item. Jagex transfers player C's gold [used to purchase whip from player B] back to player C, the abbysal whip returns to player A, and player B is banned.

Oh dude, that's a hard one. Maybe put a few p-mods in varrock GE and report those scammers. Seriously, they're everywhere!
Edit: ^ ^ Not a bad idea. Rewards price could be fixed, too.
And maybe some J-mods talk to the people in dungeoneering feedback, too.

15 - Idk... For me, the RuneScape community is very supported. But some people says that the Jmods don't pay attention for the new/others players... :|

Hehe, I know it won't happen but I would really like a Ban Hammer to use on Bots and Scammers, I know thats not my decision to make but there are some times that it is so obvious, you just want to ...WHAM... gone. :)
