15. What more could we be doing to better support the RuneScape community?
Be more open about some of the issues plaguing the game. RuneScape has so much awesome and though obviously it's important to make the most of that, communication with the players shouldn't just be about what's going to be great, but what's not great and needs fixing.
For example, since free trade returned various amounts of cheating have skyrocketed, and not the relatively harmless scamming and luring, but mass botting! Although many players just don't notice, those of us who have are understandably very worried! What I'd love to see is more communication about plans to fix these, and other very large problems affecting the game.
I can understand that talking with the players about these issues is very difficult to do right, but it's also very important to try. The ultimate example of this would be a Q&A where players (constructively) ask about problems with the game and jmods reply to the questions they can.

1) Get more staff
The more eyes you have, the better you see things :) 2) Get Jmods to be more in-game, not only in events.
It might be a time waste, but on the other hand, the only times you can speak to Jmods is when you're at a massive event, or aranged an interview, or just be a lucky one to have one as a good friend :( 3) Make the forums equal for every language
The Dutch forums are way smaller than the English one, for example.
4) Do more of these kind of Live Q&A's! :D
