Allow players to send PQ's, just like we could back in the 'old days'.
I understand there will be a problem with players abusing it, which is why you could use the 'three strike rule'. If players are constantly abusing the system, remove their PQ rights all together.
There are situations where players need to contact Jagex directly and the forums aren't the best place for it. Mods aren't the only players who need to contact Jagex...

As in community support, or like improving the game for the community?
I'll go with community support.
Well, I am not sure. I think you need to be more aggressive with RWT and bots because they are helluva annoying.
I also think that Merch clans will continue to be a problem once they readjust to free trade.
Otherwise, I haven't seen many problems with community support- but then I haven't really needed it.

Oooh, now there's a doozy. I think you're alright as you are, since each memeber of the community is going to be pulling in a completely different direction. I'd like to see you add more anti-rushing and extra depth to dungeoneering, but I accept that there are people out there who'd murder me for even suggesting it.
All I can recommend is that you keep your eyes on the forums, see what people are saying, and try to aim for a majority, remembering that when people are crying out for change, you need to look at the quiet ones.

More descriptive briefs, attending more fansite events and not just those of platinum level, making a better showing at upcoming E3 events (ya'll only attended it once) and keeping RuneFest annual or bi-annual and move around outside of the UK if possible.

Show more support for those who rather be alone than in groups. Like dungeoneering where solo'ers get nothing compared to being forced to work in groups.
