A: Teamspeak.
I think there should be some way to TALK to Jagex workers. A teamspeak could be great. Only open when a J-Mod is on.
I think this would make many people much happier, and make Q&A much more successful!
But the community is great atm =] Don't get me wrong.

this goes back to the customer support thing, but every other game I've played, you can email to talk on phone to a PERSON to fix issues. With Rs, you're on your own.
Quests are also awesome.

We, as players, once could sent messages to the costumer support if we had problems with some stuff. You have removed it probaply because of all the spam and stuff?
If you could add it again in a certain way, it would be great!

I'd like to see more Jagex Mods participating in the events of small communities - it really means a lot to small clans and possibly could result in more members joining them.
A lot of the events Jagex Mods take part in involve massive quantities of people. With a fewer number of people, small communities can get to know the moderators and vice versa. :)

You could make some updates, where you know tens of thousands of people are against it, despite having hundreds of thousands more wanting it, and meeting them half way, such as giving them a world as it was despite what others want. Also do more about the bots. I know people who bot or have botted in the past several months but have nothing done to them.
