See a few posts discussing how overloads/extremes should be allowed based on the premise that chaotic weapons are the same situation.
They are in fact NOT. Chaotic weapons are gained through a non-combat source but still require a combat level to wield.
Not sure how people can overlook that :p There have always been weapons that required quests or non-combat things. They just require a specific combat level to be used. Which makes it much different from herblore which has no combat requirement. (Overloads do require 500lp though).
Make extreme potions require 80 atk/str/defense and then it may be fair but then you have the issue that really detered them in the first place. They are too strong for a PvP situation.

The only issue I have is that although this decision was made and I completely agree with it. They made summoning into a non-combat skill (in the wilderness)(unless I read it wrong).
So a level 126 could fight another 126 yet one has +12 and the other has +0? I do realize the +x shows their threat level but its the same problem with herblore.

I expect coinshare will work using the average GE price you explained earlier, but how will this work with new items that get added to the game?
When a new item is released (especially one that drops from a boss) how will coinshare determine the price of the first few that drop, with those items not really having a value in gold at that point?
@Mankeykid: A vote is a vote in the favour of majority. Just because Obama won, the people that voted for McCain can't have him be president for them. Only one person can be the President.
Hope this clears things for you. You don't need a mod to answer your question.
My one question to Mod Mark:
For summoning does this mean a player that has 10 constitution and 1 in every combat stat other than 99 summoning would be a level 3 player inside the wilderness yet able to summon steel titans (which max 970lp of damage)?
What will happen to
1. The volcano
2. The chaos tunnels?
Especially the second is a popular place to train, although the volcano is rarely abandoned, too.
