Also take into account ASWELL that the original vote was easier/quicker for people with multiple accounts and there is less hype as the previous vote because it came as a complete surprise.

With Free trade i'm only really against unlimited trade and unlimited GE. Prices will flux wildly. It'll go back to being ripped off in private sales. Slayers like me won't be able to buy their gear! I agreed with higher trade limit to friends, but it should have stuck to that.
But the return of the wildy horrifies me. I wont even be able to step over the wall without being barraged 20 times but an overpowered mage. (and they really are overpowered arent they?)
Or dds'd by like 5 people waiting for me to go to Green Dragons or something.
Thats another thing. People that enjoy spending time in the wildy or make money there, like lots of people kill Green Dragons for profit, they wont be able to for fear of a group of 5 pkers descending upon them.
I know you wont listen to me. I know you'll be blinded by the 1.2m SUP3R L337 12 year olds. But please do take my one idea into consideration. Safe Worlds. Where wilderness pking does not occurr. The reverse of BH worlds, if you must, so we can get our business done in PEACE.

angel i guess you didn't realize a lot of people who camp at green dragons are "BOTS" this will give actual players a chance to kill the bots who camp there as well as destroying that whole bot system.

Also, if you can only vote with a specific amount of quest points and cb lvl, then skillers who don't quest cannot vote...

All pkers want is to get good drops. They don't give a crap about the aspects of pking. All they want is to get money. That's why people are for this. All they want is drops. PvP and Bounty Hunter Worlds gave pkers the experience of pking. But all that a lot of them want is drops (even though I will admit the current drop systems for PvP and BH suck).
The only people who will benefit from this are the rich, scammers, and Real World Traders. Rich can buy out items, RWTders can transfer items freely, and scammers can trick new players (who often don't know any better, so the "You're stupid so you should get scammed" argument invalid).
Once you go down one direction, you can't start changing your mind back and forth.
I kind of like Amezyarak's system for voting.
So, in short...
VOTE NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ivy i'm sure there really isn't as many bots as you think there is. I used to kill a lot of Green Drags, and i'm not a bot. And besides, revenants ALWAYS EVERY GOD DAMN TIME attack me so they also attack the "bots" too.
And please consider the rest of my post, not just the "Green Dragon Bots"
