Here is the thing, IF people are boosting the yes vote, then the NO vote and be booted also.
There is nothing unfair about this vote. Just as many people can vote no as yes. To your fear of boosting; I can say the same thing, there are people boosting the no vote.
How would you or anyone know if that was happening? An unfounded and unproven fear is just that.... fear not fact.
Even if your fear is correct (and I don’t think it is) there are just as many people able to boost the no vote.

when i log in i mostly asked if they have voted... and most of them tell me its yes that they have voted for a yes.
now the botters? you know how advance the filter of jagex now is? do u know jagex bought or closed down rsbot? jagex is taking care of this and i trust they are doing good work.
Scammers- scammers are always a problem and will always be. in the ge scammers manipulate prices which is worst. some of them use the people for their benefits. i onces tried to join a merch clan, i didn't got well informed when was the dupping or the selling they. so i ended losing money.
scammers in old times were very different, a big flashlight would pop out and another trade window would show just like it is now. if u see the big flashing u can just double check and thats it! if you get scam with that then u are just careless.
if u get scammed in a game, imagine in life. ur not going to carry diapers for all ur life... u need to watch for urself not jagex.
wilderness- wilderness here is not exciting, u have to wait like 30minuted for a kill! its horrible its like the worst idea ever, i prefered the old bounty hunter(the volcano) than this horrible pvp area. the old wilderness that everyone knew was awsome and many wars happened and every was so happy with it. people made lots of pures and stuff it was just awsome.
staking- staking was like making cash super fast, now u see stake or dueling area empty! jagex lost a minigame, no one uses it. its just empty!
RWT- guys since bots won't be on as much then rwt wont happen. rwt will occur at its lowest. the rwt may be be stopped little by little, people now have to pay for bots that maybe actually work since the rsbot was closed down, they now need some trustable bots. and the filters of jagex are good so they will detect the bots. rwt its not going to be a big issue
clues/ quests - they are going to relocate them, plus its supposed to be a danger zone now, but it isnt, this isnt really an issue in my oppinion.

I think that fact that they included both the wilderness and the free trade into one vote (both completely different and both completely affect the game) show that this vote is redundant. Jagex has already decided to bring it back, because they have finally realised it was a big mistake.
personally i wouldnt like the wildy back as there is enough alternatives, however free trade is priceless, its freedom.

No matter how hard you try, it is not possible to win the war on RWT. I'll admit that in the past, it was a little hairy, and got a little out of controL, but still that stuff goes on, its sad and unfortunate but, there are sites where you can pay for them to go on you're account and make cash for you. There are sites that make bots for you that are nearly undetectable. I know we all had to deal with the devestating changes to the trade world and wilderness, and it was tough, im proud of everyone who stuck through it and stayed lloyal to the game we love. I may be wrong, and this could be taking a huge step back, but i just have too many good memories......
I just want a refreshment of the Runescape i fell in love with 10 years ago as a young kid. Back when times were simpler, and even when Runescape had the worst graphics out of all the MMO's we stuck with it and loved it for what it was.
I'll cut the doo doo, and get to the point.
Bring back old Wildy and let me give random noobs 500k! Take control of a woman and fear no man...

Gee, can't wait for more lag, more full worlds, more bots to annoy me and keep me from doing what I want to do, being depressed at every decent clue scroll I get, and having to be surrounded by adolescent boys obsessed with proving what men they are by constantly challenging everyone to "go wildy" and "fite me" and "I pwn u."
Can't wait for all those new players....
