Hackers = Fail, what differents does it make if they bring back free trade and wilderness, there are still hackers about, and they buy all there trash with ur gold and then u end up with like 5m trash instead of 100m cash, but it hardly happens because jagex has combated it, so please be quite
If you did play since 2001 then you must of started an account, accidently walked into the wilderness then quit until 2010 and just started again.
I love the good old days with world 2 fally as the trade world with each spot selling different stuff and if they bring free trade i can see this coming back. such excitement when buying, if you dont know what to buy you'd walk around having fun, now its no fun buying and selling. and with trade limit there and G.E flippers, and making people lose millions for fun and then they begin to get max stacks of cash and buying loads of loots and max stacking cash again
and because of this they made furys go from 1.5m to 19m
zerker ring from 1m to 6m
whips from 1m to 3.5m
ranger boots from 4m to 18m
etc, prices are rediculous
all thx to the trade limit

and you dont think there are rwt's about? ofc there if, they sell accounts with stats and gp now instead of just gp

they make loads still from raising prices in G.E
Atleast back then the gold sellers wouldnt have like 1000000 x 2037m gp

so if you would rather stay like it is then good luck but dont go QQ when you quit for a year after selling ur fury for 19m and coming back a year later seeing furys are 58m and a whip is 16m and dboots 4m, and armadyl godsword 300m and partyhats 1750m
this will probley happen
so get a brain
do some research before you press no
watch videos etc
then you will see and say 'DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN ! I PRESSED NO ALREADUY! WHY DID I DO THAT !! WAAAAAAAAA WAAAAAAAAAAA WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA'

so press Yes and watch runescape become fun again, cause i cant play runescape longer than a month nowadays, its just get too boring

Tl:dr version of what I was thinking:
This potential update will bring back the freedom and enjoyment players once had. The idea of actually getting the items you deserve upon the killing of a player truly excites me :) . Staking was a brilliant part of this game! Since Decemember 2007 all you ever hear is how great "The good old days" were! I never really post on the forums, but this is a MUST. So far this post alone makes up for over 1/5 of all posts on this entire forum :) .
I don't know whether this update will go ahead, but I am certainly someone who's FOR it. The amount of potential growth this update will give RuneScape is phenomenal in my opinion. The idea of losing your items, whether it be due to a scam etc is what makes the game thrilling, it gives it risk, it takes away the bubblewrapping.
Consider this update carefully JaGeX. It's unlikely this post will even viewed by someone of importance. But this is just Ritchie posting his view :)

Personally, I don't like the idea of removing the upper and lower limits of the g.e. It is the base of my trade. I sell things at the lower price and buy at upper price. If the limits are removed, I will be forced to put something at random.
There is another thing that I don't like: why the referendum is only available from the english home page?

Guys, you know it will come back lol! We all know it's coming back! The old Wilderness was the heart of the game, people lived there! I know Jagex won't let us down, the pking in Wilderness is comin back people!
I have bought alot of potions, I have bought a Godsword, I have bought Barrows, I have bought Rocktails (I miss the time when Sharks were the pking food :( ) Jagex won't let us down! They are going to take the heart of the game back! OMG! Looser vote no? HAHA, you don't know the time before trade limit and old Wildy! PKING IS BACK PEOPLE! :D

I'm voting in favor for this update. I can't believe you are actually considering something so great. This will brighten runescape back up and I know you won't regret your decision. This will bring many of my friends back. THANK YOU!!! YESSS
