I do want Free Trade back and the old Wilderness, however, I do not want them back the same as they were. I would love to have free trade back, but would also like to still have the Grand Exchange. Also, if free trade were to be introduced to the game, the "Balance Bar" (I am *** quite sure what it is called) should still be part of the trading, but with no limits. That way, scamming could not take place (one could see the G.E. price of the item in question), but free trade would not be limited.
About the Wilderness, I did not really like the addition of Revenants. They are like human players, but do not drop appropriate armor and weapons. However, I believe that there should be some worlds that forbid PvP, so resources in the Wilderness can still be used.
However, I did vote Yes.

Hello,
I am in favor of bringing back free trade - the current economy isn't too realistic, and although the GE offers us a stock-market-like feature, it isn't the same as having the freedom to set your own prices.
Also, businesses and organizations will have more freedom to pursue their goals - and organizations is what is most important to me in this game.
As for the wilderness, I am fine with either what we have now or the old wildy - it doesn't make too much of a difference to me.
I understand that some people did get scammed with free trade, but that's more on them than on the system itself ;) .
But either way...
I vote YES!

I get the point that the loot on pvp does seem daft. It should be you get what the player had.
Just not sure why force pvp on everyone, even if it is a minority who don't want to pvp.

I have a concern about the legitimacy of the votes being cast in the poll for on the Home Page. This morning (wednesday 12/22/10) at about 1600 gmt, 15 names were listed as recent voters FOR the wildy return and trade correction. Of these 15, 4 are obvious pk'ers, 2 are legitimate players, and the rest were not ranked in any skill in the top 2 million of runescape. Is the system being manipulated by pk clans and members with spare avatars?
Last night while I was training, a lvl 136 came in and attempted to persuade me to go vote yes on this poll. He agreed about the abuses of the past and that they would probably occur again with ambushes set at known clue locations and frequented training locales, and entrapment where the young or new players would be invited to go to wildy and then killed for their equipment. His arguement that he fell back on was... "Well thats why they put warning signs up about entering wildy... Wildy is supposed to be dangerous". lol.
I believe that jagex has already made up their minds that wildy is gonna return. The only safety for legitimate players who want to continue to be able to go into wildy will be in numbers, so I encourage others to join a clan now. Large numbers of players meeting in wildy will create a 'clan wars' of pking.
If this phasing in of free for all pk'ing is not done right, people will vote with their feet. Customer retention grows business and already some have said if full wildy return occurs they wil not continue their membership....

You know what I think....Runescape has done the Vote this way to see how many people on Runescape will cheat...I think Runescape has the ability to check to see how many people have voted more than one time...and maybe this is a way to keep an eye on those they believe may be breaking current rules while in game play...Beware People :)

Ohh man. It saddens me to realize that people only want to be able to take advantage of being as deceitful as they possiblly can. And get away with it.
Nice. Allow people to LEARN HOW TO BE DECIETFUL, CONNIVING AND MALICIOUS. oh my god. AND THEN, APPLY IT TO THEIR OWN 'REAL' LIFE.
Ohh man, honestly.
Jagex, read very carefully to these players comments. And actually, I have a feeling you are anyway. lol.
whoooaa baby.
Thank You yet again,
terrie/margothz
