I'm vehemently against going back to PvP wilderness, unless there were a few worlds in which the wilderness is not PvP (just as we currently have some PvP worlds). Unlike some people who think Runescape should be all about attacking fellow players, I have more fun by working *with* people, not against them.
I can't help thinking that lifting the trade limit will encourage botting. I'd be against removing the limit for that reason.

Besides, it really doesn't matter if people are using other players' names to vote.
The only reason Jagex announced this possible update is because they agreed that THEY want to do it. If THEY didn't want to, they wouldn't put up an article and start this forum thread and create all this excitement and discussion!
Since they already want to do it, they're probably wanting to see how far the community will go to achieve a large number on the petition.
I say they're gonna do it regardless of all factors. It's going to profit them with all the returning players.
If they wouldn't profit from it, they wouldn't even suggest it.
If they would profit from it (which they will), they obviously will (and already have gone forth to) suggest it and of course, decide amongst themselves whether to do it or not.
Think about it.

I vote to bring back the old wilderness. However, keep the trade limit. I was among the many players who was scammed out of their money by players going "Follow to win 1mil" and "Selling 1k coal" and the player switching coal to iron.

Wish-2-Tank.....If the Heart of Runescape is pking...Then answer me this...... Why in the worlds where you can pk now....are the less crowded servers? I think That speaks for this vote! In reality the heart of runescape is making friends and money....the friendly way!

Jagex, please don't listen to the people who want to vote no. If you think about it they're voting for TINY reasons which is actually really selfish. For example they insult you by saying you'd totally forget about clan wars and the corperal beast when i'm sure you'll come up with easy solutions by either moving them or just making a teleport to inside the corperal lair.
Please don't listen to the selfish minority, they are either full time skillers (who miss out on the best part of the game), botters or people in merch clans. Thanks.

P.S to any idiots thinking prices will go up, iteams stay in the game when you kill someone instead of leaving the game. Therefore the prices will go down.

People who played in 07-09 should really not talk and say garbage about what runescape wants to let us become. all you do is complain about how hard it will be to do this and that... guess what in 06 05 04 03 02 01.. people did it that way you would run into the wild to do your clues to do everything and it was so much fun. people will adapt stop crying about it.... i know it can be bad for you.. and all this but think about it soo many players quit because pvp was the only thing they came to runescape to do thats what i lived for i lived for pvp thats it nothing else mattered. now in day u risk 4m in bh.. and u gain what 400k loot... really? come on if you think that is better than old wild your a complete idiot.. old wild you could fight fair and you would pk for fun... major profits would be gained. like if you pked a guy with full rune and a whip and idk a dfs... if he was skulled you would gain all of that.. it only makes sense you kill and pickup deads guys loot. we all know this will bring back scamming and bring back hacking etc... but its your choice if you get hacked or scammed stop complaining. if someone tells you " hey wanna go into the wild and do this and that.." say no and walk away is it that hard? if your trading someone make shure everything is correct on the trading screen on the second trading mirror. besides what is the mini game for the colorful boots for anyways? for security measures all of us are aware of scamming and hacking so its no excuse. face it. you will have to adapt. so stop crying and saying no... no... just go back to fletching or what ever you do.. you obviously never pked or tried to and got owned. let the pking family be happy and pk all we want we never messed with your fletching or woodcutting or ur fishing. thats all i have to say! btw i believe we should keep the ge as a guideline for prices. and trade should be back like the old times that was fun give friends a helping hand.

I don't mind if the wilderness is brought back. The only problem is that wildy clue scrolls will be even more risky since people will always be trying to kill me.
As for free trade, I think that it should be brought back. The people who say they have been scammed should realize that it is their job to be aware. If there is a grand exchange u can't really trick someone. For the most part I vote yes.
