The voting system is serverely flawed. Just typing in a random name you've seen ingame or even tried as your account name seems to work.
Maybe make it so you need the pass to vote? You might say what about all those people who quit and want to come back. If they want to come back, and they don't know their own pass, they are going to have to create a new account anyway.
It would be 1000x more accurate if the voting required a pass, or maybe even one vote per every five minutes. Any highschooler with basic knowledge can refresh a page, find a group of names that somewhat work (example: The -insert animal- ), and get more than 100 votes for himself before moving on the the next group of names if he is that committed for getting the wild back.
I doubt Jagex will read this, but they seriously need to update the voting sytem.
