Yes! Bring it back! This is long overdue.
People complaining about the RWT and scammers etc, Jagex have obviously thought this over very hard and they wouldn't be doing this unless they had strong control over gold farming sites which they obviously have now.
BRING IT BACK! :)

Any1 not in favour for this didn't play the good rs.

I REALLY hope they follow through with this and I REALLY REALLY hope they bring back unlimited staking. I knew staying a pure would benefit me :P gf 2 all my friends that r failed "Barrows pures" and stupid mains or w/e :P haha

I am outraged, but not surprised by the many comments - 'You'll never stop RWT or botting'...
WTF does that mean!? Are we just intended to accept it, like it, or even support it?
I guess, 'if you can't beat them - join them' theme is popular for Christmas this year.
I suppose that Java hacker tools will be common presents under most RS players trees this year.

It get's really lame, to just kill someone risking big, to only get 50k, understand that.
They can't stop all that's going on RWT still exists, just in different ways, everyone always finds a way around everything.
They will most likely, have ge, show best offer from players selling there stuff, that you can DICTATE YOURSELF, which would be much better then current GE.
As for PVP items, they can keep the extra, randomized drops, and EP so long as you actually get what the persons risking, you can make changes like this and it not mess up everything like you say, so long as there's items to sell in runescape there's going to be merchants and there is no way to fully combat them, personally, i pvp and kill monsters, never was aspired to be a merchant.

For one only no life noobs who have no respect for anything in this game bot. And we should except it but do the best we can to prevent it while we make the game a funner game for every player. I know we all don't want the update to bring it back but odds are the majority does. So it should be brought back.

It's true. They will never stop botters.
I know someone who botted RC Smith, Prayer, and is now botting Agility and Jagex stil haven't caught them.
Yes they admitted to it, not ingame of course...
And I followed through on one report and got a message back saying that they were never even flagged as a bot...
Once these people are rolled back and/or banned, it will restore my faith in the game.
Pathetic, just pathetic.
