Citruskill thats not my point my point is with al lthe votes
theres never been a time ever that a coupe of thousand said yes and no one said no
or that a few more people said no than yes in that hour
the counter always stays the same and if u wait an hour it will of gone up 40k votes it does pretty much every hour

Me Myself, been Playing since 2000, I used to love this game, Until they Got Rid of Free Trade, and the Wilderness.
I loved both those Concepts of the Game. i Know they got Rid of Both to Counter RWT, but i quit because the Game just didn't feel right anymore. i wasn't able to sell things for What "I" wanted with the Price limits(Junk Trading is Stupid) And PvP worlds are Just LAME( No offence) I liked how you could go to any world and just enter the Wilderness and kill Players, I killed people, they killed me, Even though i Usually lost alot of money it was all fun. People actually Risked Items Worth alot of $ back then, You Rarely Seen a 1 Itemer plus maybe some Amour.
And in all the Time I'm been Playing, I HAVE NEVER BEEN
SCAMMED. Want to Know why? Because I Pay Attention to The
Trade Window and What they are trying to do. IT'S CALLED THINK AND DON'T BE STUPID. Would you let someone Walk up to you in RL and say "Hey Wanna Buy this Ipod for 20$" you and give him 20$ without seeing if it Even works. Perfect Example. Be Smart, and Pay Attention That all you gotta do to Aviod Getting Scammed.
My Vote Was "Yes" to both Free Trade, and Wilderness.
I look forward to Both Returning to Runescape, and i'm sure alot of fellow Players feel the same way too.

I'm definitely in favor of the old Wild and Free Trade coming back into play in Runescape. I've been a member since about 2004 or 05 and those were the best years ever; I played faithfully everyday. After these features were taken out, my play time became less and less until i eventually stopped altogether. I'll be more than happy to continue playing if these features are added back on again. Free Trade makes Runesape as close to life as possible by giving players the opportunity to have more of a choice. It's really hard to even get scammed unless you really don't pay attention when you are selling something. The Grand Exchange was a good supplement but I felt as if I had a freedom taken away from me. As far as the wild, who doesn't like going out with there group of friends and testing there abilities and hopefully coming up on some loot! Even if you die; that would always give me a reason to go make some more cash and my all my items back. Getting mad was probably the most frustrating, but mostly hilarious when you're friends would die and instantly log out =D. Mainly, these two features are the only reason why my attention was somewhat drawn away. I would be extremely grateful if they are restored!!

The vote has stabilised and the percentages won't be stabilising.
Think about it, if the referendum gets 1000 votes on top of it's current 1,075,000 and 500 people vote yes and 500 vote no the percentages aren't going to be changed.
And the referendum started off at like 89-10-1
So the percentages have changed, it just seems that 90 percent of the community DO want the update.
And as for the surprisingly large amount of people that comment saying they're against it it's because:
A) Normally the people who will be against the update (Skillers, clue scroll solvers, Solely PvM players) are the ones that are on the forums.
B) The side that loses generally does **** up more of a fuss (this is typical to any situation).
By the way.. I'm not arguing with you, I'm informing you.

Hello Jagex, Its so nice to be logged back into R.S after a long period of time. I remember when I quit because 'PK'ing in the wildy was gone.
I've recently heard the news that ITS ALL COMING BACK how great!
I'm sure I'm gonna play R.S again when I have the time, I wonder what wildy is like now. There was a problem to item scamming | but you shouldn't of taken it away, because when I quit, I had a really really good friend on R.S and I really wanted to give my stuff to him (as a present) but of course, I couldn't.
I managed to think of a way to resolve this problem, you could always add the normal price at the bottom of the screen and saying how much more or less your giving. I don't know if you do that, but if you didn't I consider you much to do that. Well, I'll be training my stats to PWN in PVP (if this happens) thanks heaps jagex,
I hope this brings more fellow Runescapers to play.
as many of them like me, quit for PKing.

Human_Drag0n fair enought but even the 3% that said dont mind is the same and hasnt changed so with al lthe new votes theres stil a lot of people saying dont mind
i just find it hard to belive that its never changed.
i would of thought back at the start there would of been a lot more yes's as most people voting back then would of been the ones that signed the petition thing and the no's didnt know the vote was up yet.

This whole vote thing is like tearing down a Berlin Wall of the game.

In an effort to stop RWT and botters we've been blocked from some of the greatest aspects of the game.
Muz2nv was right on the money when he said that you can't sacrifice a good to kill a bad. And this bad isn't even dead! As it's obvious that there are still some botting and RWT going on. In fact i'd rather have the good and the bad instead of neither (but i'm a guthixian, what can i say? i dig balance..).
Anyways i've been giving some thought to how players that decide to come back to the game will react. How would you react? In their eyes you would see how players stuck with the game and that over a million votes were raised to get back the things we love. They may actually feel a bit guilty.
This is actually quite funny because rarely have so many people left the game as "veterans" and will be coming back as noobs. They'll be like O-M-G.. Dragon defender!?! Of course if you're a pker and coming back you'll have to adjust to the constitution/hp thingy and there may be some complaints about that but i think we can expect our economy to be stimulated.
I've set to rest my fears of the merch clans taking over again because honestly we'll have more people than we have had in a long time buying and selling stuff on the GE. It was after the wildy and free trade was taken away that i noticed the manip clans anyways.
The only thing that could potentially bury this entire game would be if not enough people came back and everything sort of caved in on itself.
Personally I think the atmosphere overall will be pretty great. I'm looking forward to seeing some old buddies of mine. Who knows i might even pick up pking..

i pray the counters not stuck as i got used to the idea of wildy comming back now althought i still think it has many flaws.
the vote is so in favour for the past few days i been reading posts from people that want it and been trying to take things in and see how good it could be.
i jsut hope there right and the software is a lot beter and people cant abuse free trade
and the new god armours wont be 7 party hats wen they come out under free trade lol.
i also hope the staking in duel arena comes back as it does not say anthing about that and i used to love the arena and its tournanemnts it used to hold.
