Attention Jagex, please acknowledge my voice.
You're making a fair and just decision in bringing back the wilderness and free trade; I believe the majority of people supporting you in this is enough evidence to convince you that.
I don't play Runescape much at all these days, due to academic commitments; however I can assure you, that the excitement this game produced through the presence of a Wilderness was much more than anything this game has to offer at the moment. People were developing significantly valuable life skills through the Wilderness; such as Leadership and Loyalty. Certain customs and social rules were developed to show that you were a genuine person, who treated opponents with respect.
The most real thing this Role-playing game ever had to offer was the Wilderness. You are taking a big step forward in bringing it back.

Fredup, the counter won't be stuck, jagex are clever and they will have designed it well.
And on you comment about the duel arena, don't worry... Staking will work in exactly the same way and so will tournaments. You will just be able to stake more.

It has been over 525 days since I last logged in. I am glad runescape is going back to how that game was meant to be played. I for one voted YES and will be renewing my membership if the referendum goes through.

I've been playing runescape on and off for about 4 years now i agree with the return of wilderness and free trade although yes scamming will probably go up again it means that such things like smithing will become more worth while rather then just mining the ore or smelting the bars and selling them there will actually be more worth to armour now.
As for wilderness never a bad thing to get alot of players away from skilling areas
I voted yes for the referendum.

The referendum will probably go through because of the many votes coming through. For the people who are worried about scamming, don't worry, you will just have to be careful when you are trading. if you see someone selling a dragon platebody for like 1gp Don't buy it lol it's obviously a scam. ;)

I joined runescape back in 2007 the reason being is that my brother said "In this game you can kill people and take their stuff its awesome!"
I immediatly made an account. So for a week I was powertraining all my combat stats and at the end of that week i was planning to go into the wild for the first time with my full addy and i think some tuna. but I had to go so i logged off.
Next day I came home from school did my homework and got on the comp. I read how Jagex had done away with free trade and the wild and I was so dissapointed that I almost quit (my bro quit a year later). But i kept playing cause I really wanted to be then best in runescape O_o . though I'm nowhere near that goal right now ;)
