Missing the point.
Revs are not worth killing. I can run around and rev hunt all I want and it still wont be very rewarding, nor do i find it fun chasing around some NPC.
The wilderness has teamwork already. Balance is in the level difference. The deeper you move into the wilderness, the higher and lower the levels become for people who can attack or be attacked by you.
The wilderness would not be the same if pkers were to protect rev hunters and rev hunters were to protect pkers. To be honest, I would kill rev hunters if that was the case, because pkers could kill revs in the gear they pk with. Its just not worth it and its not competative fun.

People need to stop complaining as this is going to destroy runescape.
Players that joined after '08 are lazy compared to the more veteren players. I first started playing on my main account back in 2006 what got me hooked was the thrill of pking, but not only that the fact that the community was so well put together when it came to trading.
Everyone who played before the GE will remember world 2 Fally park,this was fantastic everyone knew where to go and get any item they needed there was a stable economy unlike that crap the call the GE.
Sure it was hard to get into world 2 sometimes but that was part of the fun lmao.
The most annoying threads at the moment are the ones stating people will get scammed from buying items to expensive. People buy items cheap & sell higher to make a sweet and easy profit if this is scamming the selfridges would be done with, ha ha. people need to learn runescape is such a good game without you hand being held all they way through it. so grow a set and get ready to have some proper fun.

Well, ive played since 05 christmas, and i remember the old free trade and PKing quite well. Too be honest, i dont miis the Pking much, but i wouldnt mind it being back.
Ask for free trade, I MISS IT!!! Back then i could merchent my heart out going from city to city, and bank to bank trading thing for other things. Then once I needed to, I would go to world 2 and merc in Falador, which was the most populated free trading zone ever on any world.
It was fun exchanging goods there and well it would be nice to see it again.
The only other thing i would like to see back with free trade is the old general stores where you could sell your items then someone else could buy them if they wanted them and visa versa.

Bringing the wilderness back is a good idea (it would get all of the players that quit to maybe rejoin to PK) on the other hand many players don't/didn't like the wilderness back then and if you brought it back it would maybe make more people quit also.
In my oppinion, bring the old wilderness back fully as it was, but change some things to accommodate the wishes of everyone. Such as: get rid of BH worlds and put them back in the wilderness volcano ; keep PVP worlds ; and make only around 30 worlds get the old wilderness back (30 worlds is a decentable amount so players can still experience the thrill of hunting down unexpecting prey and taking their items without having everyone in the world trying to do the same thing ; with only 30 worlds, the players that want to enjoy the riches the wilderness has to offer can still enjoy them in all of the other worlds minus those 30).
Free trade I personally like, but it would not be smart to bring it back. A large number of people would be being scammed, botters & RWT would come back in full, people would stop using the GE as much and instead make players pay outrageous amounts of money to get stuff they want (maybe killing Runescape's economy).
The Referendum needs to be changed. It should be similar to:
