I'm kind of torn about the issue over wildy: I like the old wildy because many players are forced at one point or another to venture into it for various things(not sure about rune rocks anymore tho because of dung update), but since jagex has also stated that the return of old pvp would mean the removal of bh worlds and pvp worlds, that in turn would mean the removal of corrupt equippment. So far ive gotten about 12m from 4 corrupt drops. Now while I'm aware that corrupt drops are very rare and most of the time you average 50/75k drops from 150k kills(in f2p), in the long run you'll find that you profit from the new drop system(assuming you get 5 c longs worth about 2m ea from a total of 100 kills, and that from each regular kill you get ripped off 75k(in f2p), 95regular kills * 75k lost to new system each time = 7.1m. Those 5 c longs are worth 10m. 10m - 7.1m= about 3m. 3m/ 7m means you get about 40% extra in loot from the new drop system!!!!!! Note: members might want to multiply the 3m by 5 to realize the full implications of this.)

Yeah the new drop system might not seem good at first, but it works out in the long run. If it's gone, i will really miss it . I suggest that jagex go ahead with the plan to implement the old wildy, but at least keep bh worlds, that way people who are serious about pking will go to bh and profit more in the long run, and people who are short on $$$ and need a quick buck can go ahead and ambush runite miners in the wildy.

Yeah! I love the idea about the Mod thing because it goes along with another idea of mine on how to get PMods more involved in the game but that's for a different thread.
With your idea we could have Merchant Mods or MMods for short and their crown would be red and they would be able to review a trade if a player claims they were scammed.
Now as to how bad the scam they would have tools to punish the scammer.

If the wildy comes back, they said they will move all the minigames and quests, but to where? (this just makes more work for Jagex) and then the only reason of the wildy would be to PK, so only PKers will go there. so, no point, since they already have PVP and bounty worlds.
and free trade, the only people who want this back, is noobs that have lvl 3 wcing bots so that they can give their money to their main account. The G.E is FINE! Im sure people would much rather put the items to sell into the G.E, and go do something else, than stand around shouting out what they want to sell and for how much.
I dont see any reason why these should come back.

Dear jagex, free trade and wilderness was the reason i, and many other players of runescape based there gameing on, when you removed it i hope you discovered that a massive amount of players quit. if you bring back pvp, and free trade, it will benefit the players, and it will most likely bring back all the others who quit. i understand people may cheat, but the majority of the players will not. and a few updates and tweeks to the game can fix the cheating and hacking that go's on

let me say this - I am in Huge favour for the return of the wilderness and the free trade limit
For everyone who moans about botting and RWT
Well as a Programmer myself lets just say the botting community are always going to be there, it is the platform which delivers the game which causes this problem to arise and is almost near impossible to remove, from any game infact - aslong as knowledgeable individuals commit to the work that is involved.
the game gets more and more complex and with that more disruption against botters is caused, so I have FULL faith in Jagex tackling their Macro problem,
RWT haha your joking right? I know Jagex understand who is trading and who is not, I can list several hundred sites which offer to sell RS gold to you for less than £8 right now so there is still RWT it has not stopped, I dont know if its a scam but there must be something behind it if so many adverts exist everywhere you type runescape. RWT would probably suffer more than you guys think, once the trade restrictions are removed I am sure individuals will stand out and those who are damaging the Runescape economy will be dealt with accordinly very swiftly. I am sure this is all to increase revenue, I myself stopped playing regularly after the Wilderness was removed and was tempted more into other things instead, some of which I regret greatly - But it was a sort of Revenge at the time.
Either way the competitive edge this game once had was lost, and like the Phoenix I hope for the sake of this game, it will be reborn and lift the community spirits once again, while there are other things to do, undoubtfully Pking was most likely one of the more popular features, worlds were always full and people always training skills it gave the game its popularity in conjunction with its range of features, check youtube there are tons of pk videos to watch, hardly any of the gameplay itself
I hope for the community and the Game that this will change everything to what it used to be

Yes Pikmin, you're right. 90% of people voted yes because no one wants free trade...Honestly. There are many reasons for free trade. Wilderness shouldn't come back because only pkers will go there? Uhh...what is wrong with that?

0k let me explain this for all of you.....
i used to play runescape for a about 3 yrs when wilderness and no trade limit was still there...me and my frind used to love runescape and even played before school..it was fun to run around in the wilderness getting item and even losing items cuz it made u want to play more...after this no wildy i hated runescape my freind and i stopped playin and we looked for new games to play such as maplestory
.....for all you who say bots and all this stuff is gonna come back..who cares this is just a game are u really gonna get mad over a item or sum tree comon yall need to play rs for fun and not invest ur life into it..
