Most people stating how they wouldn't like dieing in the wilderness to pkers, then don't go. You are obviously not a pker, so you have no bussiness in the wilderness. Corp would obviously be moved. Jagex made revs to make the wilderness dangerous like it is supposed to be, but that didn't work well because they have unhumanlike behavior. I support both of these. People say this would bring back rwt, but rwt is still going on. People still buy rares through trade for real cash. People still sell accounts. People sell junk buying so people can sell their junk easily and get real life money in return. There are still xfer methods out there, it's just not unlimited. (although there was one unlimited one that used the use of dungeoneering). Botting is definately still going on, and people will bot whether trade limit is there or not. Walk to rune essence in varrock or green dragons in chaos tunnels, they are still there. Jagex obviously can't combat all of them. If you don't like this, don't use it. You won't be forced to use them. Use grand exchange still if you don't like unlimited trade. Don't go in wild if you can't pk. To all the new players afraid while questing, don't worry. There's like 160 worlds, and no wilderness quests require you to risk large sums of money. Jagex may make a way to get around quests anyways. Don't troll and flame for trying to do something nice. We all flame and rant about every knew update that's different. People will probably rant if this happens, but we always move on. We've had hits x10, wild removed, trade removed, bounty hunter removed****/pvp worlds altered, new weapons, and new hit splats. To bring rs back to what many say were it's glory days isn't that big a deal.
To all those that have never experienced the old wilderness, it's not that hard to find a world without pkers, and even easier to find one without a clan. You may find 1-2 stray pkers sometimes, but unless your tb'ed you can telle. No ep loss in old wildernes.

these days there are still alot of bots, everywhere you go and train you will see botters, when you ask people how they have reached a certain level they will admit that they have botted (not with that words). i know botters are anoying but yagex can't bust the majority of them now so why don't bringing back the old wildy and* free trading into the game? it would make the gameplay the same as it was in 2007 and that was more fun than it is now (= my opinion )
Runescape got famous in the wildy-free trade times so why not bringing it back? Alot of players who quitted in 2007 would be coming back to rs. People are calling their friends to let them know the news, most of them are that happy that they stop eating (=expression) to go vote for the best update that rs could ever do. Don't dissapoint all of us now by telling this update won't come through :)

can someone also explain to me why no one has mentioned that old wildy will also eliminate 76/26king?
EDIT: also im assuming staking would come back eventually if this were to go through

Because nobody cares about 76/26k'ing because all methods of pking are noob. Go out and skill for your cash, don't scam a noob and kill them just cause you suck.

JaGeX, If this vote passes and there is free trade, i would like to give you an idea that will keep the Grand Exchange up and running! I say you turn it into an auction house where we can put up items for bid. It will have the same affect as the Grand Exchange and we don't have to go to world 2 to find items (also the fact how long it takes to login to it).

I have to say I've been playing since 2005 and free trade was allowed when I started playing. Although I am sad to say I did get scammed but that's when I didn't fully understand the community while I was a lower level, but as I progressed further into the game I eventually learned the tactics that those pesky scammers/lurers were trying to ensue. And as a result I learned to not get scammed/lured. With the trade screen updates that you have instilled it would be much harder that a knowledgable player could find himself or herself getting scammed. I think Free Trade has many positives to the atmosphere of the game. People will be able to stake again which may revive a large portion of players. People will also be able to give their friends nicer gifts for Xmas and also on their birthdays, possibly resulting in nicer community. I know there are many more positives to Free Trade. I would also have to say that I know nothing about pking though I did enjoy the aspect of the Old Wilderness much more than I do with the Current Wilderness. With the revival of the Old Wilderness as I've said before you may see a large revival of players and in my opinion more fun gameplay. So I am in full support of seeing the Wilderness and Free Trade vote getting passed.

I would like to state this and ask a question to the people who say the voting isn't fair, do you think it was fair to get taken away without a vote?
