In response to my own previous post.
Regardless of my feelings about whatever happens in regard to this issue, I will still continue to play Runescape. This is a great game and it's unfortunate that there has to be this circumstance where illegitimate people have forced the game to be changed to its own detriment (at least in terms of the wilderness).

@Living The PK system at the moment is terrible for the economy because items just disappear from existence instead of being picked up by the player who killed the person and then sold to someone. Right now that is the driving factor in the massive spike in all the items that are generally used to PK because back in the day whips were 1.5m and furies were 2m or less and the list goes on, because of this stupid system all the items are incredibly inflated right now and while that might be all well and good for slayers and boss killers it isn't good at all for the average joe who has to spend forever making the money just for one item just for him to buy it, die with it on the PvP world and delete it from existence making the price of the item go even higher.

Really, everything will be fine with the wildy coming back. I don't think it was unfair, I've never even heard anyone complain about it being unfair until now...
If i died, it was MY fault, and I never tried to blame the game or even other players. Most players were even willing to sell your items back to you for a cheap price. Now with a trade limit...that's impossible.
This runescape really isn't the same community it used to be...everyone used to have a lot of fun in the wildy. I remember that's where I met most people.
I never saw anyone storming around edgeville yelling at people how stupid the wildy was. It's a game, and you can't always win.

@Turtle I remember I made an incredibly large amount of friends just pking in the wildy and we even started a clan and we played runescape all the time till the 2007 update, then we all kind of just stopped.

dude wat the hell u talking about. they changed the game in 07 something that u dont know abou RS,they took away the heart of the game which changed the game very diff n thousands of ppl quit cus it was pointless just skilling. now they gonna give it back to us cus its something they took away. nothing is changing with the comming back of wilderness and free trade. so dont say they r changing the game cus wildy free trade and others came with the game since it was released

I totally agree that the old wilderness was great for the game.
I was often told by others that people, once pked, were sold back items for reduced prices so that the pker gets some money and the person who was killed isn't overburdened too heavily. This is one of the good aspects of free trade and why the wilderness is such a great thing.
The problem is that free trade is exploited maliciously to the extent where it affects everyone.
I would like to support bringing back the wilderness, but free trade goes with that and I can't support free trade.
I will, of course, settle for it if the majority does want this but I won't settle for any less than that until that point.

Then what about those people that are skillers? There will be more people pushed into going into pvp as it isnt worth the time to camp abbys or save up the tokkul for an onyx etc. because the prices will drop too low for it to be worth it.
