Bringing back the wilderness and free trade will be great for this game. Nobody goes into the wilderness anymore because it's terrible. All that you can do is fight some overpowered Revenants that might drop 200 gp.
Also, to the people who don't like this because of possible scamming, give me a break. I've been scammed a couple times in my years of playing, and it's a learning experience. Scamming teaches new players to be more careful with their possessions and money, so as crazy as it sounds, I like the fact that scamming will exist, although I would never scam anyone myself.
Many players think that botters will steal their yew logs and rune essence. They are right; however it's really not that bad. I've cut yews with 10+ bots around me and it's just something you learn to live with: you report them and continue on cutting. Complaining about bots mining rune essence is pretty ridiculous considering that even without bots rune essence mining is pretty terrible money. Bots will just make prices better for runecrafters and allow actual rune essence miners to expand their horizons and find more exciting ways to make even faster money.
Real-world trading may be the only legitimate excuse for an argument against free trade and wilderness; however consider this: real-world trading still exists, just not in the same magnitude. Essentially, the con of free trade is an increase in real-world trading, while the pros destroy this con. The reintroduction of free trade and the old wilderness will be extremely beneficial to the overall experience of Runescape as a whole.

Lol I did actually start playing way before the ge xD but what my main problem is that pkers will be dispersed across many worlds, not targeted to specific ones, so it might be hard to find a worthy opponent etc.
And with the ge business my main problem will be buying things in bulk and selling things like key halfs, I'm guessing fally park and the ge area in almost everyworld will be laggy with all the spamming that is usually only in world 2 =p

This update should not be a problem for people using the GE:
When you put an item on, anyone will be able to buy it from any world; your goods are available on every server. Buying in bulk will actually become easier than it was in the past, before the grand exchange since players will have only to specify what item they want and at what price while they will be able to buy from whoever is selling on the GE.
I am guess, however, that most merchers will forgo the system for the most part and instead go back to the old method, i.e. spamming their advertisements in worlds 1, 2, and 3.

That's the way it used to be and that's the way it should be. If you want to gain the benefits from killing green drags then you need to decide if it's worth the risk of possibly getting pked.

Living Rival
PKers used to meet up on many worlds...
World 6
World 15
World 23
To name but a few... The busy worlds will generally attract pkers and thus they'll find an opponent there. The past tells us that it isn't a problem.
As with merchanting, it's again not a problem. It's actually beneficial for a true merchant to have it come back to free trading as they can often find themselves paying well below market value if they know where to look (forums) and when to take advantage of someone who desperately wants something and doesn't want to waste time finding a better deal than your own.

Tbh I voted on the poll that I don't care, just because i generally don't, it won't stop me playing, I will learn to adapt to it, yes I am being a little one sided, it's mainly because my account isn't built for pking and I like the fact that when I do a clue scroll I'm not barraged by some player and I like how simple it is to buy and sell stuff through the ge, and now its going to get a little more complicated than I'm used to, I like it kept simple that is all.
