This is my tip for those who haven't finished Ritual of the Mahjarrat:
1. MATERIALS: bring sharks or better, prayer potions (4 doses are reccomended), bring best melee equipment.
2. LEVELS: 43+ prayer, 70+ attack for access to abyssal whip, 60+ defense for access to dragon armor, 65+ strength for a chance of hitting high, 66+ constitution, if your fighting one of the brothers and out of prayer potions and prayer.
3. QUESTS: completion of In Search of the Myreque, for access to Hair of the Dog Tavern cellar, partial completion of In Aid of the Myreque for access to the Burgh de Rott bank, partial completion of Branches of Darkmeyer for access to the Drakan Medallion to teleport back and forth between the Barrows and Burgh de Rott.
4. SEQUENCE: 1ST: Dharaok, 2ND: Guthan, 3RD: Karil, 4TH: verac, 5TH: Torag, and 6TH: Ahrim.
Hope this helps. ;)

If you are using protection prayers against the brothers, drink as few prayer potions as you can to kill the first five, because any extra prayer you have left will be wasted once you have to run through the maze to the chest.

Use a polypore staff for dharok, (MAKE SURE YOU MELEE PROTECT ON HIM! he may seem like he doesnt hit alot but he will), veracs, guthans, (melee pray on guthans so he doesnt heal), and torags. then have a whip for ahrims and karils because mage wont help alot and it wont degrade your staff anymore. when going in the tunnel, try to get to the chest as fast as possible and don't kill all of the monsters that attack because from my experience it doesnt help in the loots enough to matter and you will waste your food. DONT drink pray pots untill you meet the barrows brother or you will waste them. and try to find the chest room as fast as you can, long tunnels you will pass the room connected to it and find yourself in a corner room. remember that. If you havn't done the quest so that you can bank next to the barrows then bring teleports (house teleports if you have kharyll teleport in your house) and if not bring varrock teleports or runes for kharyll tele if your on ancients. if you are high defence, bring 2-3 food and alot of prayer pots and a B.*.B but dont summon it untill you run out of room and need to put some stuff in it, otherwise it will die in a few runs. once you get the hang of it you will most likely be doing runs with 1-2 prayer pots per run and making that bank!

You only need to pray against Ahrim and Karil to prevent taking damage.
To defeat Dharok without prayer, cast entangle or an ice spell then kill him with polypore staff/black salamander before the effect wears off.
If you haven't killed him yet and he starts walking at low health, run between corners until his immunity wears off.
Use the same strategy for Verac, Guthan and Torag though they are much easier and safer.
