1. Kill off Dharok first while your prayer points aren't being drained much, since it is most critical to use prayer with him. I usually kill Ahrim next, followed by Karil, Verac, then Guthan or Torag. If you have stats around 75 it shouldn't be a big deal if you don't pray on Guthan or Torag.
2. Use p-pots/super restores sparingly. They can be pricy and if you have decent food and pretty good defense prayer isn't necessary for most of the brothers.
Armor:
Veracs helm, brassard and skirt, black mystic boots and gloves, slayer staff, god cape (or other prayer boosting cape), glory ammy, god book or blessed shield. Also bring a range weapon for Ahrim (I use a magic shortbow with rune arrows, also may want to switch to d-hide vambraces) and a melee weapon if you wish (a whip works fine) for Karil.
Inventory:
Around 100 death runes and 400 mind runes for slayer dart, your spare weapon(s), 2 or 3 prayer pots and a stat restore or 2-3 super restores (depending on your levels), Spade, a tele tab or other 1 click tele, food.
Unless your magic is lower than 50 and your def. is lower than 75 pots really aren't needed, don't waste your cash on them.

1. use your strongest weapon you will want to kill the brothers as fast as you can!!!

2. kill veracs as fast as possible he will hit you through your prayer and could possibly kill you!

3.use some high level prayer boosting gear, this will cause you to use less prayer pots every run.

4.always use your prayer, this will cause a lot less food to be used.

Actual tip for barrows coders and developers, make it so that you are unable to be hit when you are trying to solve the puzzle. Many players (including myself) hate this.

1. Getting a Kill Count of 4-6 every chest allows you to get better rewards such as Bolt Racks, Gems, Dragon Med Helms, and more runes if you don't get a Visage/Barrows item. This is generally the most efficient KC.
2. Using a combination of Blood and Ice spells from the Ancient Spellbook allows you to stay indefinitely at Barrows as you require 0 supplies, apart from runes. Combine this with Claws + Rapier/Whip for Karil, Crossbow + bolts or Zaryte/Crystal bow for Ahrim, and the corresponding Void gear and you can do 12+ chests per hour for as long as you like.

This will save your money on Prayer Potions by only a dose or two:
For high level prayer (level 60+) and combat (level 100+), use Slayer Dart with a Staff of Light and your best defense armor. Start with Dharok since he hits fairly high, so you have to pray melee. You will have about half of your prayer drained, so go on to Guthan and pray melee until you defeat him. After that, you will have about 1/4 or no more prayer points. Now go on to Ahrim with black d'hide body and chaps and a magic shortbow with rune arrows equipped. You won't have to pray since the black d'hide could absorb the magic. Don't use your special attack or else you will have to wait for it to come back. After you beat Ahrim, move onto Verac. You will need to drink a dose of Super Defense Potion. Enter the crypt and use your Staff of Light special so that his melee hits will be 50% reduced. Use Slayer Dart on him without any prayers until you kill him. Now, move on to Karil. Take off as many armor as you can so you can hit Karil fairly often and drink a dose of your Prayer Potion (you should drink the dose after you see a Barrows Brother face pop out). Use Slayer Dart on him while praying ranged. After you kill him, you won't have to worry about Torag because his accuracy is low. Just put back on your armor and kill Torag. Once you do that, you have killed all of the brothers and can now have a chance of millions in the chest!

iv got a tip for people who want to spend little money and do this without prayer thisis how a barrows

i am a maxed combat player with steadfast boots and full torag with vine whip and dfs
for my inventory i bring my enchanted Excalibur and 2 combat pots along with filling the rest of my space with swordfish i get 3 runs out of this per trip the hole trip costing my 13k i want to get more bang for my money so i do not use prayer at all i rely on my high deference armor to protect me i guess you can call me a tank o and to save more space the brother that uses prayer i don think no one knows this but once you have been attacking him for about 30-40 sec he loses his prayer that is if he doesn't hit you then he will just regain it but since iv got such high defense armor he cant hit on me to get more prayer and there it is a barrows trip doing 3 runs only costing 13k with out prayer o and the 1 trip with 3 runs i get about 120-150k in stuff each time only taking about 30mins not bad money making i should say so my self i really do not get hit that much

Use the medallion from Darkness in howvel quest it lets you teleport directly to the mound and use house tab to teleport to house then to warewolves city.. Forgot the name-- cuts your time in half for praying and stuff if you have alter at house. :P Holy Ore :P

all 4 brothers who melee, mage, its alot faster saves time.

ahrim and karil, melee, claws godsword whatever you like.

akrisae, use the melee and mage combined you brought with you, takes no time.

pray on dharok and that is all. bring super sets, extremes if you can etc they help.

holy wrench, fally shield, drakens medallion help and make things easier if you have them.

dont bother with the crypt monsters the aim is to get in/get out as fast as possible whilst still killing all 6/7 brothers so your chances of a reward are maximised!

as for armour just take void its free and you hit higher, for the mage/melee approach bring with you both melee and magic helms, polypore is a very efficient way to take the brothers down.

1 or 2 doses per trip is more than enough if you mage dharok! fill the rest of your inv with food.

hehe this is simple i learned from a good friend of mine how to do barrows and it is fun.
mage dharok guthan and torag and mele ahrim and karil. bring high healing food and when going up against dharok guthan and torag i pray mele and use blood spells from ancient mage book and i bring rocktails for food and with ahrim i pray mage and use my bgs to clobber both him and karil with karil pray or deflect range
ahrim pray or deflect mage and dharok guthan and torag pray or deflect mele and get the one going to the tunnels last. khanbibi madskills admin
