most important have a polypore staff to mage them and mage every single 1 even ahrims he takes bit time sometimes but its still fast to kill also u might wanna consider a reverance thing from loyality decreases prayer consumption + more heal from potions
3- inventory:
no food only prayer potions
4- tactics :
pray vs all brothers kill them all and take veracs first to give time to heal during the other brothers.
when ure in the dungeon first thing heal using guthans and go for chest after chest go back to rope heal again and leave
the avarage is 1 potion per trip and u might be lucky to get and u might get 4-5 prayer potions doing ure trips

1. While fighting the Barrow brothers, the Aura "Knock-Out" can be used.
2. One of many ways of travel, my recommendation is from the Temple minigame: Temple Trekking, near Morytania. Playing a simple minigame with the easiest options is the safest way to travel to Burgh de Rott. And some of the things in the minigame can be avoided to make your journey faster. And even after the minigame, the bank can be used to either stock or re-stock. (If related quests have been completed to actually play the minigame and using the bank.)

If you're a low level, bring the best food and potions(if you want) you can!
Suggested foods are:
Lobsters, Sharks, Rocktails, Monkfish.
Suggested Potions:
Prayer Potions (Needed) Super Set (If Meleeing) Ranged Potion (If Ranging) Magic Potion*/Magic Essence Potion* (If Maging)
* The Magic potion boosts by 6, while the Magic Essence potion boosts by 3, although the Magic Essence potion can be made by completing Fairy Tale Part 2 with 56 Herbalore and by combining ground Goraks claws and a Starflower. A little easier to obtain and make...

1 - The Polypore staff is really effective for all the brothers and i's very profitable. I bought mine for 800k and, after using half of the charges at barrows made around 6-7m.
2. Ring of Wealth increases your chances of getting a better drop!
3. Doing the Branches of Darkmeyer quest is a good idea due to the "Drakan's Medallion" that you get which offers unlimited teleports to barrows and bank, speeding up your trips alot.
4. The Barrows Brother's cannot hit through prayer except Verac, so it would be a good idea to bring lots of Prayer Potions/Prayer Renewals and have a decently high prayer level.

^No offence, but Prayer Renewals are useless at Barrows, as once in a crypt, your prayer is drained time to time = it restores a little bit and falls down to zero immediately.

As for tips - I believe most of the useful ideas were already mentioned. Anyway, would like to add (or to repeat if someone has mentioned before) - after fighting Ahrim, drink a dose of restore potion to restore your defence, attack and strength levels to normal ones. Will be easier in the tunnels, if you're tanking you'll be dealt less damage, will kill the last brother faster. One potion should be enough, as if you're looting chest with ROW, time to time you get 2-dose restore potion. Also, if you're tanking and doing few barrows-runs in one trip, consume a dose of super defence potion - you do not have to bring it by yourself, but once looted from the chest - why should you leave it on a ground? :P Take a sip then drop it and continue having fun at barrows.

1. If you are poor like me bring best melee armour and best range armour. Then bring a slayer staff and the runes to use slayer staff. You want have to bring many because the bad drops from Barrows are Death, mind and blood which helps you never to run out of runes.
Then When fighting the Brothers fight from hardest to easiest ( IN order of special attack) Which means Veracs first and then Dharok and so on. Make sure to use magic against the melee brothers and range against magic and melee against range.

The melee brothers seem to be really weak to magic. Try that on them, and be sure that you have a decent magic level. For the other two, Well I'm an 82 attack, combat level of 94 so it would be wise to brig some prayer pots and a dragon dagger ++. :) and always watch your prayer.

bring 2-4 prayer potions, depending on your prayer level, by using prayer u can reduce the most damage, just bring some monkfish, or other food to stay safe from verac's hits aznd the monsters in the tunnel, also remember wich way you went from the rope to the treasure room, going the same way back is the fastest way to get out and start killing the brothers again.
