You have to team up with someone who has the samurai outfit, other samurai gear will not be accepted, unless you are wearing for example tetsu and your friend samurai, good luck with your entry

If you had this planned all along to have this competition, then as soon as you came out with Premier Club this year you should have mentioned that "NOTE: While the benefits of paying with Paypal are purely cosmetic in terms of in-game benefits, these cosmetics benefits will be required to be worn by at least one person per entry into a competition for gift-card rewards."
They probably decided to have this competition after the promotion not before, they made a new competition earlier today, check that one out if you want

How much lower can you sink to sell your goods.
You was in partnership with Paypal no doubt when selling the initial
package but never mentioned that or did it slip your mind.
I Was hoping for a new CEO New Year New Jagex on well 1 out of 3

What you suggest is a complete non sequitur. There is exactly nothing harmful with this promotion. Save your complaints for the game damaging ones and people might be more inclined to listen to your feedback. Right now, it seems as though everything you post is negative; why would anybody take on board the bitter and hostile responses you currently (and pretty much exclusively) espouse?

Okay - so...
You CAN enter if you don't have the PayPal-exclusive Samurai outfit.
You can:
1) Enter using Tetsu armour BY YOURSELF.
2) Enter an image with you without the Samurai/Tetsu armour IF you have a friend in the image wearing the Samurai Outfit/Tetsu armour as a prominent part of the shot. This will be down to our discretion.
Hope this clears things up!

You can:
