Let's say I don't have the Samurai outfit from PP/PC, but I have Tetsu armor and a katana or other samurai related things, can I take part in this competition using those items

or

Do I have to team up with someone who has the Samurai outfit from the PP promotion in order to take part in this competition

People please calm down, if you don't agree with the competition/price don't enter, plenty of people would love to win this and used the paypal option to get their premier membership, if there are art competitions i also don't because i'm not very creative or an artistic person, so what, you don't see me whine about it. Enter if you wish and if not just skip this one, there will be plenty of competitions in the future ^^ HTML

but I think you might want to reword that. The current way it's said, is that anyone who pays membership via PayPal get the outfit without buying any of the Premier packages.

This isn't a complaint; I'm just giving a heads up before people start complaining that they use PayPal and so they automatically deserve it.
