I haven't read it yet, even though I've known about it since its release, though I'm planning to soon if I can get my hands on the two books. I've heard pretty good things about it, including some of the comments on this very thread, so I'm looking forward to finally reading it~
I hope it lives up to your expectations, then. Remember, even if Betrayal at Falador does not, Return to Canifis is even better-written.
Remember also to get the Titan Books editions, as that old hardcover edition of Betrayal at Falador actually has different text from the Titan Books edition - In my opinion, the Titan Books edition is an improvement.
The novel by T.S Lewis, was amazing. The story was good and by the end of the book the characters were almost like old friends. It's great to see features of Runescape in a book, the next one is out now so I'll be getting it soon.
Wait, Flin... You told me when we conversed via private chat that he was not such a great writer, but 'lore is lore'.
...Or do you love him *because* of the lore, not because you feel his writing is high-quality?
I ordered it a while ago, since it arived here I was reading it non-stop
But now I got the painful wait until the sequil arives in the mail
Great book, thanks for getting it out.
