I've already ordered it!
Judging by the first chapter, It looks like a great suspenseful read. Unfortunately, I'll probably have it read by the end of next week.
Fortunately, the sequel will quench my thirst generously!
Review to Date:
Chapter 1 - Chapter one introduced the characters and setting in a friendly manner, allowing one to imagine common characters and locations in vivid reality in addition to what is presented already in game. Subtle things to look for for the experienced RuneScaper

Amazing! A very well written and thought out book. I can't wait for the second one! The character development, suprising storyline, and drama tops this book to one of my favourites. Sadly some of the parts are not as discriptive (for example the battles) beacuse this book was made for a genral audience. Overall though it is fantastic!
I actually read it
it was awesome and I recomend it, although i hated the fact that my comfortable illusion that travelry was just a brisk job from falador was shattered lol. but seriously if you like the game's story line you should read it
I'm on chapter 65/77, and I hope the Knights of Falador along with Squire Theodore and Kara-Meir dont let the Kinshra destroy Falador...awesome book
:)
i got this book about 2 weeks after it went on sale in the Jagex store and ill have to say it is 1 of my all time fav books...im just waiting on the next 1 now
so plz hurry dude i want to read the new 1 soooo bad!
I've read Betrayal at Falador, and I can honestly say it is an awesome book. I recommend it for any devoted Runescape player. It is very interesting to see details of Runescape in an actual book! I am looking forward for the sequel and I'll definitely buy it when it becomes available.
@Peter2464
I havn't read the book yet, but if the battle scenes are lacking, T.S. Church should get some pointers from R.A. Salvatore and go on to create the greatest book EVER!
(If you haven't read R.A. Salvatore's fights, you haven't read anything yet...)
On a related note, the book sounds good.
