I do think that Jagex does not do their content as good as they should. I mean if the HTML5 comes out they are gonna need to make the world 3x larger because it's weird to see both Falador and Varrock fom Barbarian Village. Also there are textures missing from under the objects (for an example those planks that are on top of the gate that separates Al-Kharid from the desert). There are little things like these that annoy me a bit. However i understand where does Jagex wants to go with this game and i like it, except microtransactions :D D: But now since we have the new loyality store and bonds i feel satisfied :) So i've given my vot to them because i hope if they won, it would give them some motivation to finish the existing content before adding new one. Especcially when we whine about it in the forums (:

There are so many games that deserve this award then this game sorry Jagex. We lost most of the community cause of eoc.Please learn to listen to community instead of keeping eoc when most people hated it. Pvp is dead and nothing is taking care of to revive it . Sof and micro was implemented. I play both 07 and eoc but i do not like how the community what we have left is split. Runescape deserved the reward in 09/10 because it was Runescape and had a community.
