Apologies if any of the following have already been asked, or answered in some obscured FAQ:

• Will free players have limited access to either Divination or the unannounced skill, à la Dungeoneering?
• Will there be a downloadable client for Windows, OS X, and/or Linux?
• Will any non-combat skills, other than Construction, receive a significant rework or, if you will, 'evolve' in the near future?
• What specs will probably be required in order to run RS3 on max settings?
• How much of a decrease in lag will a players with high/mid/low end computers experience? Will players with low end computer likely find that they have a better experience running Java?
• Will the area that next receives a graphical overhaul be Falador, or do you have another such project in the works that is due to be released be for the Falador update?
• Will you consider reworking the terrain of Gielinor to much the world seem bigger? exempli gratia wider rivers, taller mountains, et cetera
• Tablet/mobile support has previously been mentioned/confirmed by Mod Mark and, if I recall correctly, a few others. Is this a realistic possibility? If so, is it still on the drawing board or has it progressed past that yet?
• Can you give us details on how the updated tool belt will work?
• Will the update to the loyalty store include the ability to wear outfits as cosmetic overrides, or will players have to continue essentially paying for the items twice by purchasing dragon keepsake keys?
* What tier will the new mage gear obtainable from ''more epic (boss) battles'' be?
• What skill will the new trees be used in? Fletching? Construction? Or something else altogether?
• When is the Construction rework due to be released?
• How soon will we get our hands on the new bank interface?
• Will the Java client be affected by the NIS?

Will HTML5 improve the game's performance. Not just loading times, but things like time between clicking then character walking, pressing an ability hot key then ability activated, etc.

Hello,

Trough whole Runescape 2 Serbia was under economic sanctions from Jagex. That means we still can not pay for membership. No1 ever wanted to help us with this problem. Although, we can pay with PayPal, Moneybookers, VISA, Master etc. on every site in the world we still have this 'sanctions'. Will Runescape 3 bring us a possibility to pay in a normal way for this game?

Another question i have will it ever be able like with the new ps4 with a click of a button that you record in game your gameplay and save somewhere in a directory you defined. Not directly on the net like the ps4. Or is that considered as plagiaat?
