Are there going to be any plans to rebalance older parts of the game? There are a lot of (formerly popular) areas that are like graveyards.
Also, is there going to be more mid and low-level (preferably f2p) content? every update seems to add a new all-mighty weapon for veteran players while there's little variety at lower levels.

I've already asked this but... is a major graphical update coming with rs3? i mean like an update to cities like varrok, lumbridge, most dungeons, and the wilderness?

Im very excited about rs3, i can't wait to play it already

why don't u fix thing first before making new stuff or make thing better or work better like the bag for collecting stones for Varrock Museum or the soul rune alter for the wicked hood or have lengend guild totem charge combat bracelets that are in your bank like the pool for glories and wealths, maybe add some new places to go (with quest or related new skill). maybe a better bank interface (search is ok but still bad) like putting categories ie weapons, shield, amour, legs, misc ect .... same with diango finding things u might use more like pendants can be a bit of a pain, and the ge maybe some way of searching better for like lv 60 melee or lv 50 range, or lv 60 melee armour ect for example. Do you actully read any of these things on here
