i certainly hope that one of your mods at least has the guts to respond to my posts, as well as the MANY other angry and discontented players in runescape, instead of banning and muting them for exercising their right to free speech. you can't even use profanity as a reason for muting them anymore, or at least you shouldn't considering the fact that your company long ago gave them the option to even USE it openly in game. which, funny enough, also plays a double edged sword as you can STILL be muted for it. give a dog a steak but beat him for eating it eh? good thinking. do any of you even understand customer satisfaction besides catering to a small number of die-hard fans? when its supposed to be players in general that either PAY or ADVERTISE your game by word of mouth?
either way, you make a buck off them all and if you say that you don't, please find another avenue of employment. bring back the mods that actually have respect for the game and its fanbase, before you kill yourselves trying with desperate attempts and hush-hush tactics. your players are sick of it as a whole.
oh and before you say "you don't have free speech while playing runescape"...you do realize that the right to free speech is unalienable, even if you are paying for a service, right? any lawyer or person with brief knowledge will know that. just so you're aware. and you're not allowed to make policy to subjugate it. there is a reason why it's considered "unalienable"
. i expect my rights as a person to be respected before your rights as a company to shut people up and down because you aren't trained to handle mass criticism

as soon as my x360 is back in my grasps, i'm selling off my equipment and retiring from this wreck you people pass off as a game. the original creators had a much better grasp of what to do than your new team obviously does. played since 04-05. sad to go because a company got stale and corrupt with its customers. sad. ratings are down.
