Your name aptly describes why so much of this is going on right now. The community as a whole is experiencing 'Apathy'. Jagex continues to use data and word games to 'celebrate' and 'justify' the current state of the game, and the majority of the community knows the truth, but Jagex knows that we won't do anything about it, or can't.
Gambling, cheating, and bots galore in every aspect of the game now. This is worthy of Celebration?
My membership ends in 7 days. I will celebrate the fact that I have played for 5 and a half years as a legitimate player. I will also celebrate that I am standing up for what I believe in, and the knowledge that alongside so many others, I tried my best to help "Keep up the Spirit of the Game".
Enjoy the Celebrations, in whatever 'spin' Jagex wishes to put on it.

200m accounts yea right! Like all bots accounts but I am not going get into that with you never get anywhere. My fondest RuneScape memory is what the players of rs have made. I have not been happy with Jagex for some time. I really thought this would be something cooler than just a competition sad. I wish it was something in game to get everyone together. Oh will I am not making this movie I am not hard up on money irl.

Yeah I really don't think this is a good idea..Because half of those 200m are't players,they're bots. And im sure everyone has at least two accounts so...only 50m of those are actual players. I'm sorry jagex but this is kind of a fail. I sure won't make a video because 45 minuets would'nt be enough for me to express how much runescape means to me because I dont have much in real life. Barly enough to buy a 30month membership so winning this would help but It's just not logical to me. :(

Guys, stop crying about not having a video camera or not wanting to show your face to the public. Try what I did here on Youtube: /watch?v=RRGkqAgTJ4g. Jagex never said you had to show your face, just jump through the loopholes and participate! Maybe you'll even win, who knows? :)
