funny how on page 9 rsn: "vyrelord" dothedew isnt wearing full vyre outfit and still has the title, glitch i think so.

i think this should be a writing contest or at least a bot nuke,i cant finish a blue drag task let alone its rarety and cant finish it cause of bots,im tired of killing baby blues for slayer tasks,and i like the old rs (with the acception of the new tav because its handy) could you jagex re-release rsc in to the public again plz. better choice than vid contest i may have a fb acc but my real face on there cause i dont want my face out there .

p.s.the wildy was better w/o pvp so just plz remove the widy entirely, bring back bounty hunter worlds (the real ones) and maybe update that to a "what it was like before the god wars" im tired of atempting to get to KBD and grting *********** by pkers with no other intention other than to **** with people trying to enjoy this game.
i hope some people can agree a little with what im saying :@ Here for a good time, not a long time. :)

VoidBrute, I'm not wearing the cape that allows you to have the title "The Real", yet I have the title anyway. I seriously doubt it's a glitch.
Anyway, Jagex, I'm here with a point to make.
Two hundred million accounts? If you think about a number that size, you'll realize that it's physically impossible for more than 50 to 65 percent of these people to make a video for the competition, unless it could be an animated video. 50 to 65 percent of two hundred million accounts is anywhere from 100 million to 130 million people who CANNOT MAKE THE VIDEO. Please, Jagex, add more categories to the contest. It won't take long.

@jagex i know videos are cool and all but couldnt you run a seperate competition to the (probably vast) percentage of the rs community who for whatever reason might not want to or be able to create a vidoe it seems your making them feel left out :(

Wow after reading a good amount of the responses on this thread there must be a whole heck of alot of people that have low self esteem or something about how they look... Complaining about how they have to show themselfs, or just in general to make a video lol. I make tons of Youtube video's with my wife too, just my RSN on Youtube search will show that I am not joking.
BUT I can understand the bits and parts of those that don't have the ability or access to a camcorder or whatever though that's understandable.
I think video way is the best though, cause it's just more legit. And you can see your fellow RuneScape players in rl which is cool. It's something that gets people very interactive with the community. And instead of reading paragraphs (To those that are complaining there isn't a a "Written section&quot ;) there is a easier to do "Listening to 45 seconds) instead of Reading which takes Longer. But regaurdless I have just sent my video in, so let's hope for the best!

(i do agree with megz this is not wow if rs tries to be wow IT WILL DIE!!! like so many others before it runescape shouldnt change except maybe backwards in a couple of respects that way they will get back many of the old guard who they lost owing to new updates) :@
@michael thats all very well and good for you but many of us either dont have access to a camcorder or as you say we dont want to show our faces which i can sorta see where you may be coming from if you dont wanna show your face on the internet for reasons of paranoia or just plain ugliness (which is cool not judging) we might wanna compete for a nice cushy lifetime membership and awesomer concept art for hanging on our walls in other ways i myself dont have a camcorder but would like some awesome concept art or a free lifetime membership (more money to spend on choccys every month :p) and it makes me sad that i cant have them by dint of lack of the required materials for entering :|
p.s. jagex if your reading this could i have some of your awesome concept art it looks sweet and if your feeling in the mood to give me a free membership im not gonna say no ;)

Good competition, horrible execution.
Please for the love of god Jagex, stop obsessing over Youtube videos. Not everyone has the tech or the ability to make a youtube video which in the process is cutting out a huge chunk of the community.
I'd have expected you guys to be considerate enough to actually include a writing section and an art section at least. Step up Jagex, please, and remember not everyone's trying to be a video maker. This isn't the machinima contest, this is a celebration of 200m accounts.
