Are you forgetting the stories forum as well? :P There are some great stories in the secluded stories forum but unfortunately it's one of the most underrated sections of the forums.

Great idea!
Some other fun thing to have would be;
Rune-Puzzles
-Having some kind of puzzle were you can submit your answers and then have your name posted in the next article would be cool. The answers to the puzzles could be submitted on a thread were the posts are automaticaly hidden and only a J-mod can see them (Like reporting bugs forums).
Drop count
-Just how many people got a Vissage or Godsword hilt? Players could Submit a count of what they got and it could be posted next Issue.
Boss Obituaries
-Similar to Drop count but instead asking players how much of a Boss monster they kill weekly.
Achievements
-Players could post what achievements they got in the week from obtaining a fire cape/Skill cape to finally getting the requirements for Desert Treasure!

If i can think of more I'll post them later.

Great idea. It'd be cool if could see some numbers too. Top five most active forums, number of posts made during the week, most commonly killed monster, total damage dealt during the week, number of X item left, etc.
If you have the capability of course. ;)

Alright, I am back =-).
Well I think the stuff you already have is great Paul.
However, I would love to see a section where we can see JMods Competition. (Dueling each other at the Duel Arena? Test their Arcanist Skills? or perhaps a Game of RuneLink :O ?)
Showing us more pictures of the Jagex HQ would be awesome as well. (Perhaps reveal the areas where Jagex Mods enjoy their free time at? Maybe where they eat, play games, etc...) <-- I may sound weird, but it would be interesting to see :D . I've always been fascinated on how the Jagex's HQ looks like :-P.
Also, a puzzle section would be a great thing to put in this newspaper :-P. Perhaps games like crosswords, riddles, sudoku, guess that NPC, etc... (Guess that NPC- maybe provide a zoom in picture of the NPC and ask players to guess who that NPC is) <-- Perhaps the 1st 10 players to guess it right will receive a free shoutout?
A statistic section would also be cool. Perhaps how many different forumers have posted on the forum. How many post counts have been made?
Along with "serious" info, maybe there should be a section for players' shoutout? I bet this would bring a crowd of forumers/Runescapers to read the Newspaper.
Anyways, beside the above, I think the Newspaper will be an awesome addition to Runescape.
