Sounds great so far ^_^

I think a statistics section would be awesome!
The type of things that should be included in this section (some have already been mentioned) could be: How many bosses have been killed, how many people have died in normal worlds, (and how many have been killed in PvP worlds), how many people have achieved a 99 skill, etc.
These might all go in the "Statistics" section of the paper, rather than "Boss obituaries" and the like

Support! I believe this would bring even closer the Game with the Forums together. Nice thinking Mod Paul. In the Game Newspapers are 50gp! that is outrageous for newbs.

I love the story of the week article idea. I know I have an active imagination

Also maybe players could write about personal awsome and hilarious experiences they have had in Runescape. Short stories of course noone likes to read a biography

One feature I want added is the "Small Updates" section.
This area will basically feature al the small hidden updates and bug fixes and small graphical changes that are usually not mentioned because they are too small, this will be an interesting place to read them from.
