I have been really pushing for this so I would love to see it. I think it would be great for our community. I think having it on forums would make it very interactive.
Some suggestions I think would be cool are:
- Mod of the month. Tell just who your employee of the month is. Why are they and how do they a big part of your team
-Perhaps you could do player or forumer of the month. This might not work, you would have to discuss that at the Jagex office
-A month calendar with events both in game and on forums listed on it.
-Pictures! Lots of nice pictures in the article of Jagex HQ and the wonderful game you make
- FunOrb section. I play the games on FunOrb a few days a week but I tend to use the Runescape forums. This would allow me to pick up FunOrb news on this website
-Jokes!
-Classified ads that are jokes for Runescape stops in the game (the general store of fishing shop) (or a king recruiting for their army)

To be honest, brilliant idea
I know i would be happy to read up on this kind of thing. I read articles and stories on other websites about here every week, and this one would definitely be one of my staple reads if it were to come to fruition
Also gives a sense of linking Jagex with the community, as it will take the effort of both parts to make the whole
Just a few suggestions for it:
A weekly article on an aspect of the game that may be under-used, like a minigame or an area of the game that may not have been fully explored as much as it was meant to be. Like the achievement diaries, but without actual tasks/rewards. I know that they sure helped me find out more to the game that i didn't know before!
A comic section possibly, just for a bit of a laugh.
