My thanks go to Ralph for writing this article. It's interesting to see how clans have grown, from what they were back in Runescape Classic, to the shear scale they are now - we even have a year dedicated to clans in celebration!

I hope the growth of clans will stay on the same trend, encouraging more players to join in with the clan community.

I read the Clan Article and truly loved it. Back in 2006, when I started, I was very un-educated at Runescape and what went on and such. Though I knew a little bit, I slowly learned from my cousins, Final Aeon 1 and Chintz4. They taught me all the basics for my stats. They introduced me to clans. I joined a friend's clan, and I didn't even know what it was.
After reading this article, I now know a lot about clans back then, including when I didn't play. So, I thank you Ralph and Mod Timbo for putting together this article. I really enjoyed it!

As much as I like the fact that your taking an interest in clans the legitimacy of the article is highly innacurate. I've been around for the whole period and not only seen change from the clans but the offboard fan sites that they use. Tip.it used to be the bread and butter but as of the last 4-5 years they have lacked the activity that you so seem to give them credit for.
Larger portions of players infact use rsc and have for several years. I think its about time you get over your beef with ***** and stop acting like children, because if you truly want to look out for clans then you would have done this already.
