How come that the Account help forum actually is working as to customer support and actually providing answers customers can use, but the rest of the forums is failing at this.
I am especially aiming at complaints that are being ignored and not addressed to clarify things if not provide feedback (for both parties), leading to multiple threads about the same subject pop-up and leading to unhappy if not angry (out of frustration) customers.
Any plans on actually starting with the customer service you (Jagex) claim to be so proud off that actually is how customer service should be?

The Customer Support section of the forums has dedicated support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If Customer Support issues are posted outside of that forum group there is a good chance they will be missed - after all our forums are very busy.
If we see feedback and complaints that are not Customer Support related (i.e. game related) we do try to read them and pass them on, and answer where we can. Very often we use FAQ's and sticky threads if a common theme is being discussed, this isn't ideal but is probably the best way to communicate with a large audience as opposed to posting on individual threads.
