I went for Seagorger, purely because I thought it would be the name most understood by the average player.
However, my own personal favourite was Thalassus. It says everything you need to know, if you know your Greek (Thalassa + Kolossus = Greek goddess of the sea + gigantic statue).
You do have to go a long way to improve on Leviathan though
The Empty Lord is a figment of the imagination of gullible people who started worshipping the purple Elder Bathrobe. The name and symbol comes from the washing label: Za-ros means "Do not dry clean".
