*Have you noticed that the balloons form the shape of an elephant?
My theory is, Jagex have captured Elmer the Patchwork Elephant and are using him to make the floor of this drop party room.
So I'm going to sit here, in silent protest, on the back of this giant colourful beast, until Jagex do the right thing and return the elephant with the fun loving personality, back to the jungle where he belongs.
