This man is Party Pete's younger brother, Lonely Larry. Due to Party Pete's contagious personality, every person who's ever come to meet him became friends with him. One day, Lonely Larry came to realize all he wanted in the whole world was to become as popular as Party Pete. He took notes of Party Pete's dance moves and decided to give it a try. He cautiously stepped onto the dance floor, not sure of what could become of it. First he moved his right arm, then the left, then all of a sudden his body was out of control! He spent so much time enjoying himself dancing he didn't take any notice that he was alone, nor did he care. He danced the night away! The moral of the story? Don't let a name like "Lonely Larry" stop you from doing what you love ;)
EDIT: I like how the picture is of a girl but it says "why is 'he' dancing alone" :P Probably because everyone thinks she's a he :(

Even the balloons are kind of scared

Peggy is dancing for the jmods hoping for modship...she does not know that they left an hour ago.

The balloons are her stars....now, she's dancing with them.

Balloons are friends too...just don't step all over them.

2/5 for effort, 10/10 for low dignity.

She's not capable of shame...but she'll do anything to pop the balloons for free stuff.
