Party Pete was so annoyed that everyone started using their own party rooms, he has organised for Prison Pete to steal all the guests and bring them back to his party hall. Unbeknownst to Party Pete, however, Evil Bob had stolen one of the guests seconds before Prison Pete arrived. Upon giving Evil Bob the uncooked fish, the party goer returned to the empty party hall with no guests, but plenty of balloons to pop! Rich at last!
