Okay, what you have to do is publish that .MSWMM file to your computer, which will make it into an uploadable file (.wmv most likely). Open the movie in WMM and on the left side of the screen locate where it says "Save to my computer" ... click on that and go from there. (If you are using Windows Live Movie Maker for Windows 7 that option is placed eslewhere...) When it is complete you will upload that file to YouTube, not the .MSWMM one.

King - You'll have to find where is says "Publish to > This computer" (which is located towards the bottom of the bar on the left).
Follow what is asks, then choose a valid file type that is compatible to with YouTube. ('Best playback for this computer' works fine)
Once you've finished that, make sure you upload that version of your file to YouTube.

Just so everyone knows, The standard rendering video format is WMV, you can render using this, although if you render your videos in MP4 Format, the rendering time will be additionally faster, and the quality will be a little bit better too! I hope that this tip helped you as well as my others, Good luck with your Machinimas, I'll be checking them all out soon! ;)
EDIT: Lance, how are you sure it's not eligible, make sure it fits ALL the rules before you upload it! After you are sure, send it to Jagex with a mail with your user name and ''Runescape Ad Competition'' In the mail and in the mail title, DO NOT ADD ANY ATTACHMENT FILES or your video will not count! If anyone is not sure about the rules, please visit the Official Runescape Machinima Contest sticky/video to re-view the rules!
