You must be looking at a different program then... "CamStudio" and "Camtasia" are two completely different recording programs. If you search for "CamStudio" it should be one of the first search results that you get. CamStudio is free.

Just go to any search engine, precisely Google and just search for 'Camstudio.'
Or you can just type in the address bar the name and add ****..
(Is that okay for me to say? :P )

Edit: Turns out I can't lol :P
Just search for Camstudio and it will be the site with the same name.
