Hey there everyone!
This thread was a great initiative, for sharing some video techniques!
I'd recommend for anyone who seeks professional software to use Camtasia Studio for the recordings and Sony Vegas for video editing. Pretty useful stuff.

It's an advert, it doesn't need credits.
Use the description box for your video as credits.
To answer your question. The video as a whole must be 30 seconds or shorter. That includes intros and credits.

Ok, I need a little help...
I was thinking to make the video about a NEW Skill. Does the advert need to be about an existing skill or we can do it like a new skill (E.g: Failing or something)?

I don't think a new skill would be acceptable, from what I understand in the guidelines. It has to be something in Runescape.

Why is there only one competition with acceptable rewards that applies to such a limited and select few in the community? Most of us don't even have the equipment to make the high level videos that place in these things and yet you continue to daunt us with the prospect of tasty treats.
I want the goodies ffs. Though, then again, there isn't really another viable form of competition in this game.
Skilling and combat, not much fun and very time consuming for the competing group.

I assume it's because Machinima brings in alot of traffic. If not that, Jagex like Machinima!
