Y'know, one time, when trying to hire an assassin group, a guy in the cave I'm in fires a teleblock at me, and says its pitch dark so I can't see it. I then point out to him all the lanterns on the side of the wall. He just trolls like heck, and just to make him shut up, I take the teleblock. Then, when using my /shortened/ character description, he says I need to hurry up as his friend has only 10 more minutes to be on and that he has only 20 more minutes to be on. And after my description, I sidestep while unsheathing my sword which somehow counts as multiple actions, in which he then charges and releases a high-level fire spell in one turn. And when he has to leave, he spends the next five minutes trolling me for being a horrible rp'er who couldn't move things quick enough to die. And yet he has five minutes left to troll me. Oh the laughs I had from that. I still avoid him, but if I ever need a good laugh, he might be worth it.

Well... this guy was perhaps one of the more noble derps of the Roleplay community, but here's one I encountered a couple weeks back.

So I was OOC, simply sittin' back watching the occasional roleplay go on. Then comes in this guy portraying a drunken knight in steel armor. Typical, jez? Well, someone else there happened to be roleplaying a custodian-esque roleplayer. He had the broom and all that jazz.
So the knight in his drunken rage decides that the custodian was a witch (... for a broom? Kay..), and he talks about how witchcraft is forbidden in the city. He then swings his sword despite protests from the custodian, who raises it feebly in self defense.
... The knight guy roleplayed himself as getting impaled through the chestplate by the blunt end of the broom, and dying on the floor.

It was entertaining and at least a bit less typical, but still..

I was behind this fellow, with a 2h sword, had the most perfect attack angle, and he was busy exchanging serious dialouge, and i slashed at his neck. I didn't say "sneaks behind" or any of that, i just slashed at his neck. He then said: "dents my helm".
...i wasn't even going for your helm...

Oh, I once saw a barfight break out in the Rising Sun, somebody(S) snuck up behind the offender(Derp) to try and stab him from behind... It was then that Derp's "Assassin senses" kicked in and allowed him to roll-whilst-standing to avoid S' attack.
Interestingly, this was not long after the release of the Piercing Note quest and the "Ass Creed Robes"... No surprises for guessing what Derp was wearing.

Where may I start....
I remember spending a night, having a drink with some buddies in the Rising Sun, and a person came into the tavern and tried to shoot me for no reason with a crossbow, at this time I was not even in uniform. A friend of mine, jumped in front of the bolt and then took another bolt to the head, killing him. To this day we do not know who the person was who shot the crossbow at us. We only know she shot of me, because I looked at her in my drunken splendor.
I also remember a man who was successfully able to "warp" into my prison cell from outside the cell. No charge required. Once inside the cell he mandated that the key to open it was broken once the person who tried to open the cell attempted to do so. Their weapon also gave them powers over shadow-magic. Meaning I was to assume that they're magic recharged while they forced me into a cage match where a dagger had no affect and could not be used to defend yourself from a blade.
My last, was of a group of mages who attacked a humble tavern in Falador. By placing digsite charges. Nuff' Said.
My total reaction...."Are you kidding me...?" ^_^

Ok, i am sorry if your offended "sweety", but i do not see how.
There are no names mentioned, for all i know these people are making these stories up.
To be offended by something that might of never even happened?
well, i think you get my point.
Besides, this thread is meant for a good laugh and to possible relieve some stress.
