As with every major Army, there is an award system of medals that individual soldiers may earn to display on their formal uniforms and progress their careers. Listed below are a few of the many medals one may earn.

Army Cross
For valiant & extrordinary service on the battlefield.

St. Zilyana's Shield
For sustaining an injury on the battlefield.

Good Conduct Medal
For being in good standing with military law and tradition.

Crossed Daggers
For engaging into combat.

Deployment Medal
For being deployed abroad in a period longer than 3 months.

Raddlin's Crown
For going above and beyond the call of duty. The highest award a soldier may receive.

Honorable Service Medal
For honorable service, merritable by certain actions.

Joint Service Medal
For conducting a joint operation with foreign forces in cooperation.

Padomenes Ribbon
For dying while on the line of duty.

The Queen's Heart
For an honorable service/deed on the battlefield. I'm a thief. But I keep, what I steal.

• Aethyra Bowmen •

The Aethyra Bowmen are the true warriors of their reputation. Heavy Infantry and Archers, they fight with an adaptable, balanced fighting style renowned for its ability to maintain a menacing presence on the battlefield.

The Bowmen are traditionally uniformed in Steel, barbute helmets, polished until it shines. Leather and hardened iron links make up the chest armour, with steel splints on the arms and legs to save costs. However, they are slowly transitioning to a standard, Asgarnian military uniform.

Weapons wise, they use halberds, swords, maces, and longbows accompanied with shields pointed at the bottom. In stealth situations, it is common for these wood and leather shields to be used to advance, and build defenses for archers to fire from.

Their current chief officer is Major Thalia Renderra. Heiress of the Renderra family who have ruled Aethyra since before it’s history was documented. Thalia is a trained swordmaster, though her appearances as such are decieving with her bubbly demeanor. I'm a thief. But I keep, what I steal.
